— Our methodology
How Kavari Engagements Work
Every engagement follows the same core sequence: agree scope in writing, spend time in the organisation, document what's observed, produce the written deliverable. The formats differ in what they observe and what the deliverable covers — but the discipline is the same across all three.
Kavari uses direct observation as the primary method. That means speaking to the people who do the work, not just the people who manage it — reading documents that actually circulate inside the organisation, not documents written for outside audiences. The resulting reports reflect what's actually happening, not what's supposed to be happening.
Operational Workflow Review
฿12,400 · Three-week engagement
A structured three-week engagement for small and mid-sized business owners who want an outside read on how work actually moves through their organisation. The consultant maps current processes through interviews with team leads, documents handoff points, and identifies where time and effort are being lost.
The deliverable is a written workflow assessment with a prioritised list of practical adjustments the client can choose to consider at their own pace. Suited for service businesses, agencies, and small manufacturing operations. The engagement is informational and advisory in nature — it does not include implementation labour.
What's included
Process mapping sessions with team leads
Documentation of handoff points and workflow gaps
Written workflow assessment report
Prioritised list of recommended adjustments

Internal Communications Audit
฿8,750 · Includes two follow-up calls
A focused review of how information moves between teams, departments, and leadership within an organisation. The consultant observes meeting patterns, reads through sample documentation, and gathers input from staff at different levels.
The output is a written report outlining patterns observed, friction points identified, and a set of suggested structural adjustments — meeting cadence, documentation conventions, decision logs — that the client's leadership team can review and adapt. Designed for organisations of 20 to 200 staff. Two follow-up calls are included to discuss the report.
What's included
Observation of meeting patterns and documentation review
Cross-level input sessions with staff
Written audit report with structural suggestions
Two included follow-up calls to discuss findings
Strategic Planning Facilitation
฿28,900 · Multi-session engagement
Multi-session facilitation for leadership teams working through a planning cycle — annual review, mid-year reset, or new market entry. The consultant prepares pre-reading, structures the agenda, and runs working sessions with the leadership group.
Decisions, open questions, and assigned follow-ups are captured throughout. A written summary is produced after each session, and a final composite document at the end of the engagement. This is a facilitation service — the consultant structures and supports your leadership team's thinking, not a replacement for it. Recommended for groups of four to twelve people.
What's included
Pre-reading preparation and agenda structuring
Facilitation of multiple working sessions
Written summary after each session
Final composite planning document at engagement close
HOW IT UNFOLDS
Scoping call — confirm leadership group size, number of sessions, and planning cycle context
Facilitated working sessions — pre-reading circulated in advance of each
Final composite document — delivered within five working days of the last session

— Shared standards
What Applies to Every Engagement
Written engagement agreement
Scope, fee, and confidentiality terms confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Named consultant responsibility
One named consultant takes direct responsibility. Work is not subcontracted without your knowledge.
Confidentiality as standard
Client names and internal information are never referenced outside the engagement. Confidentiality is contractual, not a courtesy.
One business day response time
Queries during an active engagement are acknowledged within one business day. Delays are communicated in advance.
Secure document handling
Documents shared during an engagement are handled with care and deleted at engagement close unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Impartial reporting
Reports reflect what was observed, not what the client may prefer to read. Findings are presented as observations, not as instructions.
